Welcome to NAD Fragrances. This website is owned and operated by NAD Fragrances (“we,” “us,” “our”). By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these Terms.

These Terms apply to everyone who uses our website, including visitors, customers and anyone who submits content. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our website or purchase from us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, and continuing to use our website after changes are posted means you accept them.

Our online store is powered by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products.

1. Using Our Store

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are younger, you may use this website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
You may not use our website or products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in a way that breaks any law that applies to you.
You may not upload or transmit viruses or any harmful code.
If you break any of these Terms, we may suspend or end your access to our services immediately.

2. General Conditions

We may refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason.
Card payment details are always encrypted when sent over networks. Other information you submit may pass through various networks and be adapted to meet technical requirements.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell or commercially use any part of our website, content, images or branding without our written permission.
Section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect their meaning.

3. Accuracy of Information

We work hard to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that everything is always complete or current. Content on this website is for general information, and relying on it is at your own discretion. We may update content at any time but are not obligated to do so.

4. Changes to Products, Prices and Services

Prices may change without prior notice.
We may modify, pause or discontinue any product or part of our services at any time.
We are not liable to you or anyone else for any price change, modification, suspension or discontinuation.

5. Our Products

Some products may be available only online and in limited quantities. Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy.
We make every effort to display our products, packaging and bottle colours accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and the colour of the fragrance liquid may vary naturally between batches without affecting quality.
Fragrance is personal. The way a scent smells and how long it lasts can vary from person to person depending on skin type, body chemistry, climate and how it is applied. Scent descriptions and longevity information are given as a general guide.
We may limit sales of any product to any person, region or quantity, and we may discontinue any product at any time.

6. Product Use and Safety

Our perfumes are for external use only. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin, and avoid contact with eyes.
If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, please check the ingredient information on the product and do a small patch test before regular use. Stop using the product if irritation occurs.
Perfume is flammable. Keep it away from heat, direct sunlight and open flames, and store it out of the reach of children.
We are not responsible for reactions resulting from misuse of the product or failure to follow these guidelines.

7. Orders, Payment and Cash on Delivery

When you place an order, we may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email to confirm it before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please make sure the full payable amount is ready at the time of delivery. Repeatedly refusing COD parcels without a valid reason may result in COD being unavailable for future orders.
We may refuse or cancel any order, or limit quantities per person, household or order. This includes orders placed through the same account, phone number, payment method or address. If we change or cancel your order, we will try to notify you using the contact details you provided.
We may restrict orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors without our approval.
You agree to provide complete and accurate information (name, phone number, address and email) so we can process and deliver your order.

8. Third-Party Tools and Links

Our website may include third-party tools, services or links (for example, payment gateways or courier tracking). These are provided “as is.” We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.
Your use of any third-party tool or website is at your own risk and subject to that third party’s terms. Questions or complaints about third-party services should go to the provider.

9. Reviews, Feedback and Submissions

If you send us reviews, comments, ideas or other content (“submissions”), you agree that we may use, edit, publish and share them in any medium without paying you or keeping them confidential.

If an order paid in advance is cancelled for this reason, we will refund the amount paid.

(b) violate any law or regulation of Pakistan or any other applicable jurisdiction;
(c) infringe our intellectual property or anyone else’s;

(g) collect or track other people’s personal information;
(h) spam, phish, scrape or crawl the website;
(i) interfere with or bypass the website’s security.

We may end your use of the website for violating any of these rules.

We do not guarantee that our website will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, and we may take it offline at any time.

These Terms remain in effect until ended by you or us. You may end them at any time by stopping use of our website. If we believe you have breached these Terms, we may end them and deny access to our services without notice. You remain responsible for any amounts owed up to that date.
